How Your Holistic Diet started
Your Holistic Diet started when Dawn approached Bay for help. She wanted to understand why some of her clients struggled to follow a weight loss plan. This led to 4 years of research, working closely together, and culminating in a whole new approach.
We wanted to help people understand why they struggled to lose weight. We wanted to empower them to change this; to support them in achieving a healthy weight. And we wanted to do all this in a fun and engaging way.
The result….Your Holistic Diet. Combining the latest scientific research with psychological theories, it recognises that each of us is unique and helps you to treat yourself with care and compassion.
